Submitted ticket number FSO-321790 and no response. Where are you guys? What is going on?

Is This Reseller Area Public?

The reseller support area that I am currently posting in used to be a protected area that only contrast resellers had access to. Is it now a public area?
I just logged off and noticed that I could see it.
If so I'm going to have to be allot more careful about what I say here to avoid compromising security.

Urgent: Mod_security Issues

Ok we've talked about this before but I'm having more issues with it.

We are having errors that our CMS maillist says will be solved if we use the .httaccess directive "SecFilterEngine off".
However when we us this it makes every page on the site return a 500 error.

I've also tried to drop a log with the "SecAuditLog" directive which also causes the entire site to return 500.

I realize that you don't want to have the filter engine turned off for obvious reasons but how am I supposed to troubleshoot for a work arround?

Click on one of the interior pictures which should return a larger version of the pic in a new window. Instead it returns 406.

This issue is urgent.

No Packages In Whm

I am editing packages for the first time since the server move and I am finding zero packages in WHM. I had many different packages configured almost 1 per client.
Can I get these back please?
