I need to web hosting. Help me! Where can I web hosting without credit card and must hosting provider support and permission file store or download service.

I am only can payment sent by Bank Check

We can accept a electronic bank transfer from PayPal but we can't accept a direct bank check at this time.

When you say support a file store or download service what exactly do you mean?
