I got an e-mail saying that my domain will expire soon, and I'm just wondering how to renew it. I've replied to the e-mail but haven't gotten a response.
Also, I've sent in a couple support requests about a problem I've been having. I purchased another domain (for a different site, but to use the same hosting), and it works fine, but after the redirection, my personal domain name still appears in the address bar and I'd like to mask it. Rachel,
We still have not fixed the cPanel bug. For some reason at this point your account will not add astalphapi.com back on as a addon domain and the technicians at cPanel are still working on that issue. I have created a new account for the astalphapi.com domain (at no charge) and transferred the files over so your site is fully functional. The MySQL database is still hosted on your personal account, but that can be moved over (if needed) at another time. I have sent you the login information for the new account via a PM.
