Galahad Problems [12/04/2008]

We have had many issues with Galahad this morning. We have a hard drive that is failing in the RAID5 array which is causing services to fail and have high load on the box. The main service that is affected by this is the mail service.

We are looking at ways to resolve this ASAP but we may have to take the server offline for 2 hours in order to get the mail service back up. I will keep this thread updated with any progress we have.

Contrast Outage [11/10/2008]

We suffered a major outage today that affected the Contrast website as well as some customers ability to log into their control panel and webmail.

This issue has been resolved and we are looking into ways to make sure this type of problem does not happen again We are also looking into ways to assure even if the main site is down the control panels will stay up as well as giving you access to the Contrast support resources.

Server Migrations

As seen in Woowoo! New Servers! we have two new servers; Lancelot and Galahad. These new boxes will provide increased reliability as well as a performance increase for our clients.

We will be moving everyone from paramount and server1 to these two new boxes on Tuesday July 8th at 1:00PM EST.

Paramount Network Outage [07/05/2008]

Paramount went down temporarily for a few minutes. There was a network problem with the server but it was quickly corrected and everything should be back to normal.

Server1 Outage [06/26/2008]

It was reported that Server1 was down for a period of time this afternoon. The server is now back up and we are looking into the cause of this issue.
